Vispirms bija audums,tad kleita.
First was a fabric, then came a dress.

Apjomīgas piedurknes, ar stūrainu plecu daļu.Svārku daļa  veidota no apjomīgām uz āru izvērstām ielocēm.Viduklī josta un mugurpusē trīsstūrveida izgriezums.
Voluminous sleeves with a an angular shoulder part. Skirt part is made out of voluminous turned out covings. There is a belt on the waist and on  triangle cut the back

Dzīvnieku raksti/Animal prints

Pirms vairākiem gadiem mēs divas māsas dzīvojām istabā,kur bija 2 dīvāni ar leoparda rakstiem, gultas veļa ar leoparda rakstu,pat aizkari.Ārprāts?!?Un brūnas mēbeles ar lieliem koka bumbuļrokturiem zelta krāsā, bēšīgs paklājs,ja nemaldos arī čības bija ar leoparda rakstu. Šobrīd tā vairs negribētos, bet neiebilstu pret retro atpūtas krēslu ar leoparda rakstu virsu,nu tādu ar kokrieztām kājām.
Un vispār tā tolaik nebija apmātība ar leoparda printu kā tādu, vienārši sākās viss ar dīvāniem un turpinājās ar -pieskaņosim to tam utt. Tādas nejaušības. Nezinu, bet tas leoparda raksts pats nāca interjerā, bet tas periods ir pagājis :) Vienīgais tiešām vērā ņemamais ir tas, ka kurpju skapī noteikti vienmēr būs pāris leopardīgu kurpju :)
*Many years ago we were two sisters living in one room,having 2 leopard printed sofas, leopard printed laundry,curtains with leopards and furniture with large wooden door knobs in color of gold. Can you imagine? For now it sounds crazy, even the slippers were with some leopard print, the one and only carpet was nude and gave some fresh air to that leopard time.Actually that was an interior thing, we hadn't any leopard printed clothing...But for now everything has changed and only thing I would accept in my interior is one vintage leopard printed armchair with some beautiful woodcut legs. But time ago that wasn't  obsession, those leopard things just were coming to us time to time. But one thing I can say -there will always be a pair of leopard printed shoes in my wardrobe...:)

Leoparda krekliņš šeit ir tīri nejaušības pēc, ieejot audumu veikalā un saprotot, ka īsi nav ,ko pirkt, kaut kas tomēr ir jānopērk,nu nopirku pārpalikumu no leopardīgas trikotāžas. Audums bija ļoti maz, sanāca kas sanāca :)
*This leopard printed top is her just by an accident, just once went into the fabric shop and understood, there was nothing acceptable to buy, but I just needed something to bring home :) I bought this piece of fabric. There was a little piece left, so I turned that into a top.

Veste. Tās čūskrakstainā odere nav jaunā aizraušanās, plānota bija cita,vienkrāsaina odere, bet galu galā iešuvās šī te. Veste ir no mākslīgās kažokādas, līdz gurniem un ļoti silta, valkājama uz abām pusēm.Veste ir diezgan pabrīva.
*Waistcoat. That snake skin look lining  isn't my new obsession, I planned another sort of lining, but suddenly I sewed this one inside/outside. This waistcoat is made from fake fur, the length is about to the zone of hips, can be wearable on both sides, is pretty cozy :)

p.s. nekad  nav bijušas simpātijas pret zebras un tīģera rakstu apģērbā :)
p.s. I never had any fellow-feelings to the prints of zebra and tiger in clothing :)

Lieldienas tuvojas?!??/ Easter is coming!??

Šī zaķu meitene ir tapusi šodien no audumu atgriezumiem. To šauro detaļu izgriešana uz labo pusi pēc sašūšanas ir pilnīgs ārprāts,bet te nu viņa ir.
p.s. mūsu kontā ir vēl vairāki pēdējā laikā tapuši apģērba gabali, būs jāuztaisa bildes un jāliek iekšā :)

*This bunny lady is made from some pieces of  fabric saved after some sewing projects. And it was crazy to turn those thiny details to the right  side out after sewing them together, but here she is.
p.s. we actually have some clothing made in last period, need to take some pictures and add some more posts :)
